Powder, oil and various small materials are poured into the storage tanks of the upper auxiliary machine on the third floor. All these small material are automatically proportioning weighed by the system of Qingdao 18+1 software, and combined the raw rubber in the GK190E internal mixer on the second floor.

After the mixing chamber the rubber will be conveyed to the first floor for filtering, tablet pressing and cooling, and finally it will become the finished rubber for packaging. Have you ever seen a production workshop like this?
